Nestle White Couverture Chocolate Arctic is a very high-quality chocolate that contains extra cocoa butter. The higher percentage of cocoa butter, combined with proper tempering, gives the chocolate more sheen, firmer āsnapā when broken and a creamy mellow flavour. The Milk Couverture Chocolate can be used to make a hard setting ganache which will give you a firm surface under your fondant.
White Couverture Chocolate is perfect when creating on-trend Chocolate Sails or for using inĀ Moulds. It must be coloured with Oil Based Food Colours. We highly recommend the range ofĀ Colour MillĀ colours.
Application:Ā Use Compound Chocolate to make chocolate sails, use in choclate moulds, dip strawberries, bake choc chip cookies, add chocolate flavour to your baked goods, make the best hot chocolate, the possibilities are endless.
