Professional strength Flavoured Paste by Bakels is a water-based flavouring paste that allows you to achieve a rich and long-lasting chocolate taste, bursting with aroma and flavour.
Perfect for flavouring most mediums such as Buttercream, Cake Mixes, Cookies and Fondant Icing. Our professional strength water-based flavours will retain their taste after baking.
Chocolate Paste is an ingredient used in our Chocolate Mud cake mix.
Tip:Â Avoid adding to oil-based products such as chocolate and ganache. Flavourings do not contain sugar. For best results please add to a sweet base.
Use:Â Add approximately 30ml of paste per 1kg of product (taste and adjust if needed).
