Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
