Pure Pistachio Paste is a 100% pure, natural and unsweetened paste made from lightly roasted and finely ground pistachios. It has a fresh green colour and a fruity taste with toasted hints.

Pure Pistachio Paste is a great base for flavouring ganaches, icings, homemade pralines, fillings, patisserie crèmes, ice creams and sauces.
