Giving you an extended shelf life of 12 months from the manufacture date, this Buttercream is a staple to keep in your cake decorating accessories. Once opened keep sealed in the refrigerator for up to 3 months or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
Over The Top Buttercream comes from 20 years of experience working with buttercream. Each container covered 12 piped cupcakes or one 7” x 3” round cake.
Use: Carefully mix the buttercream to a creamy consistency. Colour may separate slightly but is easily mixed back to full colour coverage.
